Radian: New mortgage insurance written surges 43% in second quarter
Aug 01, 2017Despite recording a net loss for the second quarter, private mortgage insurer Radian Group managed to report a strong quarter for new mortgage insurance written. According to the company’s financial results, new mortgage insurance written surged 43% from the first quarter of 2017 and 11% from the prior-year quarter.
