Davis + Henderson Corp. is officially operating as a single brand in North America and globally, rebranding its legacy Harland Financial Solutions, Mortgagebot and Compushare brands to D+H.
While the technology products and solutions from these brands are now operating under the D+H brand, they will continue to use their existing product names.
As a result, Mortgagebot and E3, Harland's LOS, will continue to be sold as stand-alones.
HousingWire announced D+H’s $1.2 billion acquisition of Harland Financial Solutions back in August 2013.
"By moving to a unified brand, we are better able to communicate and give meaning to D+H’s value and highlight our strengths and differentiators to the market," said Carrie Russell, chief marketing officer of D+H.
"As we continue to grow our operations, it is critical that clients, employees and the industry understand who D+H is, what we offer, how we work and partner with financial institutions and their connection to our company."
